McHenry County Food Pantry - 2nd Wednesday of every month from 2 PM to 4 PM. Located on Main Street in Granville.
Telecommunications
Souris River Telephone Communications (SRT) offers long distance telephone service and full-service Internet services using a local number. Dial-up, Broadband or Dedicated Business connections for Internet service are available in Granville.
OtterTail Power Company provides power within city limits while Verendrye Electric serves the surrounding area. The city has a propane infrastructure which can be located on most city lots. The city also provided for the water, sewer and garbage needs. Monday is the usual trash pick up day.
United States Postal Services
The Post Office is located at 106 1st St. SW where individual boxes are available in the new United States Post Office building opened in the spring of 1999.
